Classic cars shots

with one comment

I love classic racing cars. I think they’re much more beautiful and exciting than today’s cars.
Therefore, as you would immagine, I like classic cars shots, so when I’ve got some spare time I wander in flickr looking for some car photographers.
Here are two that caught my attention: one is Dave Adams and the other is richebets. They’ve got some really good shots of the Goodwood Revival and of other festivals.
Also, check out the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2009 group on flickr. I wish I could have gone there to see this tremendous spectacle live, though it’s a bit of a problem for a penniless student to get on a plane from Italy to England. Who knows though, maybe next year…
More tk….

Quick note to petrolheads

leave a comment »

If you, like me, love cars you’d surely want to check out Jay Leno’s Garage. He is quite literally the biggest petrolhead in the world, as confirmed by the number of fantastic cars and bikes he owns. Every week he reviews one of them. Apart from the explanations he gives about those machines, which are surely interesting, the thing that catches me the most are the epic sound made by the engines.

So, check out his website. You’ll see some of the most beautiful cars and bikes ever made.
